Our workshop facilities include hydraulic Guillotine, Bending Breaks, Punches, Croppers, CNC profile cutting up to 40mm mild steel, Plate rolling and Notching Machinery as well as a range of welding facilities that enable us to do virtually any structural steel manufacturing extremely efficiently.
We have a strong management and supervisory team that is well supported by competent admin staff.
We have a highly competent detail drawing office with a certified structural design technician and certified draughtsmen, with facilities to do workshop details on autoCAD, turbo CAD and Tekla according to the clients needs. We work closely with many consulting structural and civil engineers.

Limpopo structures has a monthly production capacity of approximately 200 tones of steel manufactured and transported. We have a staff complement of 70 people, company owned plant and equipment including a 45 - 200 tone bending break, guillotine, 45 - 160 tone punch and cropper, hold down bolt, threading machinery, CNC profile cutting with plasma and gas ranging from 1.2mm - 40mm, rolling of plates up to 3mm.
Transport of materials up to 22m with a range of trucks, truck mounted cranes and telescopic handler facilities.
John served an apprenticeship as a Plate Welder From 1966 to 1971 on the Rhodesian Chrome Mines, and passed City & Guilds Advanced ( A.T.C.1) He was also best 5th year apprentice(Eng) in 1970. After working on the mines for 2 years, he joined Morrison Engineering and left after 7 years of service, to join Stewarts & Lloyds as Structural Design Foreman. He immigrated to RSA in 1983 to work on Klipwal Gold Mine and then moved to Polokwane and started his own business. He is now a member of Limpopo Structures.
After matriculating at John Ross College in Richards Bay in 1985, he joined the Anglo American Learner Official program with Freegold. He graduated from Triangle Technicon with a N.H Dip Mech.Eng. In 1990 he completed his Government Certificated of Competency for Engineers (Mechanical) in 1994. Where after he worked as a project engineer for Anglo American at the Freegold Division. Two years later he resigned to run his own business.
Bryan completes the team with a vast business experience ranging from previously being a Regional Manager for a large Furniture Retail Company, to successfully owning his own business enterprises in various fields.

Limpopo Structures CC is based in Polokwane in the Limpopo Province where unemployment is high and availability of skilled Labour in this industry is scarce. It is our policy to develop the skills of the employees by hands on supervised training, thereby not only developing the skills of our employees, but empowering them to become competent and skilled in a trade. We are proud to have trained each one of our welders and certified them in accordance with A.W.S D.1.1 and ASME 1X -2007(See attached Certificates)
